I agree completely Aaron and Sam. I began in preschool at age 73. At 77, I moved up with the preschoolers who started Kindergarten and advanced with them for 1st grade and now I have them in the 2nd grade. I am their small-group leader on Sunday morning and Wednesday evening. I’ve known most of them since they were two years old.
This is an amazing opportunity to help build their spiritual foundation. I know their parents well and together, we are developing spiritual giants. These kids will not be inactive believers when they reach adulthood and I believe they will not drop out as soon as they complete high school. We (parents and small-group leaders) are making a difference.
